| Investment objective |
The scheme endeavours to protect the capital by objective investing in high quality fixed income securities as the primary objective
and generate capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity related instruments as a secondary objective.
However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be realized. |

| Investment strategy |
The initial investment mix between the debt and equity shall be such that the maturity value of the debt portfolio, at the time of scheme’s redemption, net of all expenses is more than or equal to the face value of the units issued.
The debt portfolio will be allocated to high quality papers in line with the AMCs policy of maintaining high credit quality across its debt schemes. |
